1. What are your products made of?
Our products are handmade in Slovakia from high-quality, certified materials.

2. How do I choose the right collar size for my dog?
Each product comes with a size chart to help you select the correct size. Or read our article How to choose the right size. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

3. Can I order custom sizes or colors?
Yes, we offer custom orders for atypical sizes and colors. Please contact us to discuss the details.

4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to Slovakia takes 2–3 days, to Germany 3–5 days, and to other countries 3–7 business days depending on the destination.

5. How should I clean collars and leashes?
We recommend hand washing in lukewarm water with mild soap, without fabric softener. Do not dry in direct sunlight.

6. Can I pick up products in person?
Currently, we do not offer in-person pickup; all orders are delivered by courier or via pick-up points.
